setting the date and time format for RMAN
You can set the date and time format for RMAN output using the NLS_DATE_FORMAT and NLS_LANG environment variables before starting RMAN.
For Unix/Linux:
export NLS_DATE_FORMAT='YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS'
export NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8
rman target /
For Windows (Command Prompt):
set NLS_DATE_FORMAT=YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS
set NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8
